Quality Policy
iotaLAMP, the company
dedicated to the design, development, manufacturing, and
commercialization of lighting equipment for civil works,
infrastructure, construction, and industry has decided to
implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO
9001:2015 standard to enhance the service it provides to its
customers.
The Management of iotaLAMP views
the Quality System as a way to organize the operation of the
organization based on basic pillars such as the quality of
its products and services, customer satisfaction, and
continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the System.
For this, iotaLAMP’s Quality
Management System is based on:
-
Quality is achieved by planning, executing,
reviewing, and improving the Management System,
always considering the organization’s context,
both internal and external.
-
Quality is oriented towards the satisfaction of all
our stakeholders, through the organization’s
commitment to meeting their needs and requirements,
as well as legal and regulatory requirements and
those specific to products and services.
-
Quality relies on continuous improvement of both
production processes and service delivery, as well
as the effectiveness of the Quality Management
System, where preventing errors is a fundamental
aspect.
-
Quality directs us to pay maximum attention to
technological evolution and possible improvements
that new technologies may offer.
-
Employ good professional practices and ensure the
quality of services rendered, always performing them
professionally and efficiently, and in accordance
with the methods established in applicable
regulations.
-
Ensure the ongoing training of personnel with the
necessary competencies for the execution of each of
the processes linked to our activities, which, along
with the allocation of necessary resources,
guarantee quality levels and the validity of the
results of our activity.
-
Quality requires the participation and collaboration
of everyone, so this Policy is disseminated to all
iotaLAMP personnel for their knowledge and
understanding.
For the effective application of these principles, support
from both the management team and the staff is absolutely
necessary.
